RVLI exists to equip new leaders in their process of discovering and developing their God-given gifts through intentional leadership development and hands-on ministry experience. Each week, RVLI interns will have the opportunity to implement what they are learning and have access to a wide range of highly experienced leaders to help them take their leadership journey to the next level.
RVLI is for those who are looking for an immersive ministry experience and want to grow as a leader. The weekly commitment is 20 hours. September - May Tuition: $1000 *Summers are free of charge
